Little Big Gun (52 min., Director/Producer/Scriptwriter/additional sound and camera)

Welcome to the World Championship Punkin Chunkin where fiddlers reach for the skies and "punkins" fly. Little Big Gun takes us on a journey in the heart of the «Americana» where the Hartman family compete to have the most powerful air canon to launch a pumpkin the furthest distance. To keep up with the mighty corporate guns with 170-foot-long barrels, the Hartman invested their pocket money in making the smallest gun - a 25-foot-long pea-shooter with a surprisingly quick trigger. Their team name: Little Big Gun.

Perception of Tragedy, 7 min., 16 mm (Director, Photography, Editor)

Perception of Tragedy is an audio-visual essay on the role and priorities of the media in our 'global village'. Media act as a mirror distorting reality and pulling the priorities of our society away from many hidden tragedies that require more attention.

I filmed my TV screen with a 16 mm camera and did manual editing on a Steenbeck.

Best Experimental film, 2007 International Student Film Festival, Carpinteria, USA.

Selection World Student Film Festival, Montreal, Canada.
